The exact scope of each project will be agreed separately through a proposal, quotation, invoice, contract, or written communication.

Any prices shown on our website are starting estimates only. Final pricing depends on the project scope, features, pages, timeline, integrations, content requirements, and other custom needs.

  • Quotes are valid for the period mentioned in the proposal.
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may require extra charges.
  • Final project cost must be agreed before work begins.

Payment terms will be confirmed before starting a project. Some projects may require an upfront deposit, milestone payments, or full payment before delivery.

  • Work may not begin until the agreed initial payment is received.
  • Final files or website access may be provided after full payment.
  • Late payments may delay project delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities

To complete your project successfully, you may need to provide content, images, branding files, login access, hosting details, feedback, and approvals on time.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate project information.
  • You must ensure you have the rights to any content or media you provide.
  • Delays in feedback or content may affect the project timeline.

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, feedback delays, revisions, content availability, or third-party service issues.

7. Revisions

Revisions are provided according to the agreed project scope. Additional revisions, design changes, or feature requests outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

8. Website Content

Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for providing website text, images, videos, product details, legal pages, and other required content.
